ST Dott : Transformobile - Magnetic Wooden Toy

I will be discussing about the automobile toys from EDTOY in this post:)

I always think that if the wooden block toys can be designed into different shapes such as vehicles, it would be more fun. So over the time, I have been searching for toy manufacturer who can make wooden toys into nice wooden vehicles. I were once managed to get a nice wooden automobile from AUTOMOBLOX, but they are too pricey to be considered.

Until... I got this toy manufacturer from Korea, their wooden automobile are just nice and cute (for sure).

Let's talk more about EDTOY...

EDTOY is one of the Korea's toy manufacturer, famous in providing educational magnetic block toys. Their innovation in combining magnetic and wooden together surprised me.

By implementing the unique rotating magnet technology, the attachment and detachment of the block pieces have becoming more user friendly to children.

ED toy has a friction designed by the saw- teeth shaped blocks to develop development of hand muscles.

Additionally, the short jagged edges of the magnet housing in each block are designed to emit a series of clicking sounds when two jointed blocks are rotated around each other, adding an auditory element to the overall enjoyment of playing with the blocks.

(Sorry that my camera can't capture the jagged edges of the magnet housing. :P)

If you are concerned about the safeness of the toys, they are made by natural woods and have no odor .

Do not have to worry on whether they are using safety paint because they have no paint on it. These toys also don't have sharp-angle.

The tires are made of rubber, so it will not hurt the furniture/tables/tile/marble floor while your kids playing with it.

Let's decompose the mobile first. There are made of variety shapes of wooden block pieces, the shapes are not just as simple as triangle, round, or square.

The wooden block pieces are so adorable and the color are sharp as well.

(3) Tank

Then, the steps of making a helicopter are even easier.

The helicopter looks so adorable in light blue color.

Last, gonna make the tank alive. There are just four steps to build a tank. (Which i think is suitable for younger kids)

It is easy, right?

The toys are made up by magnetic block pieces. So, children can play with their imagination by combining different mobile block pieces and create their own mobile. This gives the toy's name transformobile.

I would like to try how does it look like if helicopter, fire engine and tank have mixed together.

I would named this as "Heli-fireengine", this is used to extinguish any fire happened on the plane in the sky.

This automobile below is more powerful, it is called as "flying tank"

Sorry for the limited creativity I have, I believe children can build a better one.

On the cons side,
1) This toy is not suitable for toddler from age 0 to 3 years old.
2) This toy is made in China but designed by a Korea company.
3) This toy does not allowed for rough handling because the magnetic joint of the blocks are easily detached.
